So Thankful...

I just had to share how God has spared our lives once again. Yesterday evening Keith and I were out driving. As he went to make a left hand turn, the light was green, but not the arrow. We were in deep conversation, and paying attention but not paying attention (if you can understand that!). You know how you see others going because their light is green, and sometimes you try to take off with them? Well, that's exactly what Keith did. Usually when he takes off from a red light, he has the gas pedal punched pretty good. For some reason, maybe it was our conversation, he was just poking through the intersection. When all of a sudden, we both saw this big truck coming straight for the front, right side of the car! There was NO way that the driver could miss us. All I could think of was to holler, "JESUS!" When I did, the driver at the last minute swerved, no one was in the other lane, so there was no wreck and no one was injured.

We are both SO thankful for His protection. Isn't God good?! Even when we are going thru our day-to-day lives, how many times has He been looking out for our safety and we don't even realize it? Our legs were a little wobbly and shaky, but we were able to walk away with no injuries or damage to the car. Thank you, Jesus, for your mercy!!!

There's just something about the name of JESUS, especially when it's called by someone who's covered by His blood!!! S glad everyone's safe!

Thank God for His hand! I am so thankful that He knows every need- even the ones we sometimes forget to ask! lol

By the way... the pictures off all of the changes in your building are exciting. I was talking to Trevon the other day - we were both wishing we had enough time to just do a big circle visiting all the great churches of people we know!
